Team Structure

Frontend team consists of two team structure. The first one is divided into scrum teams which is mainly the team groupings for projects, support and emergency enhancements. The second team structure is a hierarchical type which is divided into micro teams within FE team that focuses on streamlining reporting, knowledge transfers and alignments.

All microteams are required to have a knowledge transfers (KT) for a minimum of 15 minutes per week.
